Do you have to find all magic fish in order, or is it just how you breed the fish?

They can be discovered in any order. As you said, it all depends upon how you breed your fish.

A treecko i go with mudkip i have a website www.pokemonorbarcade.com anyway in some cases the magic fishes are in a diffrent arangement or you can somtimes play the game and end up with ten magic fish all different not even one the same go to the mysterie fish thread to find out more.
