One of my long running villages was running low on villagers so I needed to choose a new stud-muffin. I went for Tau, he was the oldest male and had the most skills. I had him "dropping in" on every female in the village and was up to the last two when after one kiss and doing his duty...he vanished!
After searching the village and looking for him in the details area I found Tuna carrying his bones to the graveyard.
(Poor Tuna would have been the last. {Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.})
