I have level 3 farming, construction, and spirituality. What level 3 tech should I but next? I am tempted by fertility for the gc, but I'm scared 'cause everyone hates him.

In my new game I'm completely avoiding lvl 3 fertility because I'm afraid thje women will get knocked up and go for a swim while I'm not watching, and I do not want a GC in this game. Lil bugger gives me the willies.

How long did it take to get that many tech points? Just curious. It seems to take my villagers forever to get any tech points-at that's on double speed!
So I should make level 2 science top on my list when I get enough? Thanks, I was debating which level 2 to buy now that I've got farming out of the way.

Hi! You need to make sure that you have several of your villagers working at the research table in front of the school. I would say at least 6 at all times but the more the better. I try to keep mostly men as scientist so that if the women have to go nurse I still have men to work and rack up tech points.
I have noticed that the higher up in skill a villager is (master scientist Vs. Adept scientist) the more points he will generate. Keep your master scientists as much as possible and make sure you check off the box under the detail screen to make the villager wants to research otherwise they may leave and do something else.
I have also noticed that if you constantly lift the villagers and put them back down at the table they increase in skill faster which also increases points for you.

If you have a pregnant female randomly go swimming when all conditions are favorable you can generate a golden child? I never knew that it could happen that way since that is a puzzle that we have to solve. Have you seen it happen or did you have a GC one day and deducted that the female went swimming on her own? Thanks!
