Question: I know that in VV you need to be a master farming to learn to fish in the lagoon, but my adept farmer is fishing in the ocean. Whats going on? I'm also not getting credit for the puzzle. This happen to anyone else?

The fish puzzle and fishing in the ocean are two different things. Fishing in the ocean will get you food, and anyone can do that, but villagers who have mastered farming will also catch crabs, which is worth more food points then fish.

And like you said, it takes a master farmer to solve the fish puzzle.

The fish in the lagoon you only catch once, and when you catch it, you solve one of the puzzles. The fish in the ocean is a food source, an endless food source at that.!
