i found a way to crash the golden childs annoying partys!! you knowe how every one freezes when the gg is about to make a party well ya just bang the school drum before he gets to the village center! it works every time!

Does it? I've tried doin that a few times and I can only seem to distract the kids. Maybe I'm a bit slow at hitting the drum!

I had all of the puzzles solved except the ones the golden child was necessary to solve (butterflies, magic fruit and cave) before I 'baptized' the mom and got the golden child, so I never experienced the problem of him constantly disrupting necessary work. I can imagine it would be very frustrating for him to be constantly making parties when you needed stuff done...

I am so totally sick of him at this point! The new generations will not research but they will farm and fix and buildings. Getting doctors to be skilled is also a P.I.A. I totally hate this kid.

They won't do research any more - not because of the GC, but because they KNOW there are no more tech points needed (assuming you've completed all the levels, and it sounds like it)
