I guess I'm just stupid but can someone tell me how to save my game? I've seen several posts from people who have more than one game going at once. I'd like to try that but I can't figure out how to save the current game.

It saves automatically. Click Menu, and on the top right hand side, click "Change Player"... then yu have the option to have up to 5 villages running simultaneously

Also note that it will run even if closed so you should pause the game if you dont want to have anything happen.
