Well, mine was an evolving thing - I don't consider this a spoiler since it isn't an event, but some others might so if you consider skills/breeding things a spoiler, don't read -

I had these three males who must've been triplets - all redheads with those black and white outfits, same age - they all had a tiny research skill but nothing else so even though I'm maxed on tech I stuck them on the table.

Later when all three were trainee scientists I decided I wanted to keep that research skill around, so I grabed a few of the youngest girls of breedable age even though the population was maxed, and just kept putting the guys on top of the girls until all three had a smidge of a breeding skill. Not much, just a teeny tiny bit of blue.

I come back a few hours later - all three of them have gone from Trainee Scientists to Master Parents! Apparently since the tech was maxed they took time off from research to go impregnant all the women they could.

All three of them are dead now. But it sure was funny to me. The redheaded mass breeding scientists.

A few days ago I was playing a newish game, and I needed to make my village bigger. We wer edown by the beach, where the temple had yet to be built, when I dropped one of the males onto a female. Usually they go indoors, or run away. But this one got confused and started "run dancing" like the kids do. She got bored and went to try to push the boulder, leaving him to run in tiny circles confused about exactly what he was supposed to do. Before I dumped his dumbtuchas into the ocean.

not sure if this is funny or just weird, but I've been wondering if kids with farming skills actually pick mushrooms faster, so I dropped a kid with no skill on a mushroom, then I dropped a kid with farming skill on the same mushroom. Instead of one beating the other, they both harvested mushroom.

That's a "trick" that some people have discovered to get more "mushrooms" for the food bin. PAUSE the game and bring as many kids as you can to a mushroom (when it stops saying "picking mushroom" then more kids won't help.) When the game is unpaused, all of the kids are were marked as picking the mushroom will bring it over to the food bin. This is especially nice when it's an orange mushroom!!!

But it would be nice if kids that are weaned with framing skills would find the mushrooms on their own. Or if picking a mushroom would give the kids more farming skills.

I would rather the kids get a bonus to a random skill from going to school. Its only purpose is to herd the kids and keep the chosen one occupied so the others can go about their business.

As for a funny thing I have seen, someone arguing with the chosen one. Im surprised he didnt blink him into oblivion.

I just opened my game. Two characters were on top of the temple trying to get free. It looked weird because it was a male and a female and they were both doing that "seizure dance" thing.

To me it looked like they were doing the twist on top of the temple.

Maybe they found a new way to honor the temple.

i get people trapped up there a lot, but this is the first time i've had them doing the seizure dance in unison

i once had 4 people stuck in the temple, but they weren't dancing in unison

As I mentioned in another thread, I had a GC stuck once. It stopped him from restoring the crops, etc., but unfortunately not from calling parties.

I think the funniest thing I've seen is how villagers will just walk through each other as if they are ghosts. Maybe in VV2, they will learn to yield the right of way to the older villager.

I've also seen several villagers "relaxing" yet lugging a big rock around.
