I just checked back in with one of my willages and Lola was in the surf. I thought she was fishing but wasn't moving. Of course all I could see was her head. Since her action said nothing I pull her out of the surf and she was holding her baby!! I didn't realize she was pregnant, now what could she be doing in the water like that? Is she trying to kill her baby? How weird!!

The game randomly determines each villager's position at game startup. Unfortunately for those little babies, the game doesn't check the status of the females before deciding to place them in the ocean. Fortunately, they seem none the worse for having to hold their breath until mom trudges out of the water!

I've had nursing moms go relax in the lagoon and also go swimming. As already stated, the babies do just fine in the water with their moms. :] I was a tad concerned when it first happened with me too.

lmao too, but I am still hopeful someone will find a mermaid in the lagoon or ocean who'll become part of the tribe!

I had a mother who refused to let go of her baby, even though time had been up for over an hour, so I tossed her into the ocean, figuring that she would let go of the baby, well, she quicky came ashore, threw me a real dirty look, shook her head and sternly said,"NO". Then she just stood there looking up at me, really creeping me out, so I left her alone and she eventually let go of the baby!
