Okay it says to start fishing:
Puzzle 3 is completed by cleaning up the debris on the beach. Completion of this puzzle is required before your villagers will be able to fish in the ocean (which also requires Level 3 of Harvesting). Drag a villager to the debris field and they will begin cleaning up the beach.

I cleaned the debris but what does it mean by Level 3 Harvesting? Is that Master Farmer?

It should read Level 3 of Farming! That technology is called Harvesing in Village Sim (the Palm version of Virtual Villagers), and I forgot to change it. I've updated the guide to correct that error.

So level 3 is Master? When he becomes level 3 will he be automatically be able to fish?

Level 3 refers to Farming Technology - go to the Tech Screen in your game!

Erg... well I STILL only have level 1 Farming... I also only have 3027 tech points and 618 berries! So if I got level 2 farming where else could I get food?

Level 2 of Farming Technology will allow your villagers to grow crops.

Okay! Well I sorta did a bad thing... I just got level 2 in construction but now I'm still running out of food... I'm finding myself starting over veeeeery soon

Okay well I started over! I'd like you to help me because you know alot! So I have a girl foraging, someone dude researching, another girl building, and two people cleaning the beach up. I'm asking you, What should I buy with my tech points first? Farmig, Fertility, Science, Construction, Spirituality, and I forget the other one? Which one is most important to get to level 2 first?

Well, for starters, I never have my villagers clean the beach or build the first hut until I have enough tech points to purchase the next level of Farming Technology (unless I'm doing some special testing). They don't need a clean beach until they're ready to start fishing, and the berry bush won't comfortably support more than about 7 villagers - so they don't really need that new hut just yet.

I usually put one or two villagers to work gathering berries and everyone else gets plonked down at the research table. As soon as they've got enough points, I always buy Farming tech first. Different people have different strategies after that (you can search the forums and find many discussions about it), but basically everybody gets farming first.

Alright then! I'll do that! I have another question (lol I'm such a pest! ) My one girl likes running? Does that make her run faster?

I LOVE having the runners in my games! They get everything done much faster than the other villagers can. If you could put her to work foraging at the berry bush, she could probably single-handedly feed all of your villagers until your tribe gets larger.

That's good! It means that she'll do tasks faster than the others will because she's running everywhere. A trip to (say) the berry bush takes much less time, so she can get more in. Later, it might be an idea to train her in building as well, as some of the tasks entail carrying rocks right across from one side of their home to another. So she'll also be able to complete building tasks faster as well!

Just don't 'waste' her on research or medecine.

Awesome! only thing is City (her name) is VERY difficult! She came to the island automatically as a Trainee Builder. I also already have a Trainee Farmer. I have one girl working at the berry bush, Kita the little girl is collecting mushrooms, all the boys are researching, and City won't listen to me so she's building. How can I control her?

There are 2 things you can do: keep taking her to the berry bush until she's better at farming than she is at building, and make sure that you have selected farming as her preferred skill on her details screen (put a check in the box). Other than that, you might just have to keep an eye on her for awhile.

Okay! But now I got another problem! I just got an event where there was a crate washed up on the shore. I opened it and.... Two kids popped out! So now I have two more little kids on the island! This isn't good...

Just work on the food supply and tech points, and you'll probably be OK!
