well, my mom gave birth to a blond girl. could she be the g. c.? and do any of you guys have tips on how to get tech points faster? i mean i know they have to research to earn them and stuff, i just thought maybe there were certian activities that maybe earned more than others.

You will get a pop up notification when the GC arrives, so if you did not get such, then no she is not the GC. Plus the GC only comes as a male. J

The only way to accumulate tech points is by having villagers work at the research table. The more villagers you have at the table, the faster they will accumulate tech points. And the more research skill a villager has, the more tech points they will accumulate.

Plus buying the Science Tech will increase the number of tech points earned per research.

I have found that having too many researchers at the table mean that some go off and do other jobs (like laundary) so it is usually a good idea to spread the workers around a bit.

Sometimes when a scienctist gets injured I'll switch him/her with a farmer to "heal" a bit. There may be less tech points for a while, but the injured scientist is less likely to wander off someplace.

i'll have some researchers do their thing. i wish kids could do their "chosen" job from toddler age. it would make things eaiser.
