Unbelievable !! Good old Howi hangs around outside the booty hut "waiting for someone". He then embraces all females as they come out until one is willing to "go indoors". Now I can't play for laughing at the antics. Was this meant I wonder ??

That's how the game works. Once a male villager "knows how" he will use his abilities at every opportunity, unless you carefully train him in another skill and select it as his preferred occupation. Even that, however, will not stop him. That's why there's a caution about it in the game's instruction file.
