i can't get my builder from adept to master, someone please help me, my builder is old need to figure it out to teach next adept builder...so for once i can finsh this game before everyone dies

I've found if you make your young people do domething they soon learn even with out a teacher. Like when something happened and I lost all my food, I made all my adults farm for a bit so no one would starve and die. They didn't like it at first but soon caught on. I just had to keep dragging them over to the field until they caught on.

I guess I don't really understand the question since nobody teaches anything to childern. Breeding childern with high skill builder gives points in it to offspring. All chatting,arguing,teaching,complaining, etc is directed to the fist male in the game file. At the start of the game that would be the oldest male but after he dies it jumps somebody else to that slot who may not be the next oldest male. The game left on 1/2 with several people checked as builders should be able to make master builders. I think the game does a better job then a player would. In one game I had made a drastic mistake so I reloaded an older game file and took a different course. Wanting to check something out 5 or 6 days (perhaps even more)I reloaded the previous game file and saw I had left it to 1/2. Well of course all my elders had died off but oddly enough I had about 4 master builders in that game, odd since all that could be built was an idol that was 40% completed. Some of these new masters were only 10-8 years old when I had left. Just how they managed to master is beyond me. I replayed that game to find out and I sure couldn't pull of that many masters.

I have difficulty getting an adept builder to turn Master as well, and by the time he does he's ready to die.

Keep in mind that only one puzzel really needs a master builder so there really isn't any point in even trying until your close. Then try and let the game make it for you. I left the 2nd building project go until I knew I had everything I needed for that " builder " puzzel. If the game can make masters better then I can..that's cool with me. Why not use everything you have available to achieve that goal.

Your adept builders can become "Masters" by fixing huts also, even after everything is built. It does take patience, don't worry about becoming a Master Builder too fast.
