the developers had to have had a hotkey to generate tech points to get farther in the game with out the wait.
SO WHAT IS IT?

Could be, but I rather doubt it. I'm not sure what the advantage would be to have one. To test the game correctly you really need to play the game how it was designed. Now if there were certain levels of the game, then I would agree with you.
