The school will cause children to be born with more skill, and that’s about it.

Banging the drum only causes the kids to come to school and does not increase the kid’s skill.

The skill level the kids are born with is dependent upon the amount of skill the parent has. The more skill the parent has, the more skill the kid will be born with.
