I'm also very disappointed in the outcome of this game. After all the care and nurturing I lavished on my little villagers, it has just descended into a big laundry party. To see the fully equipped research table just sit there while the Master Scientists opt for washing their clothes is disheartening. I wonder if this is how God feels looking down on Earth. At least the Scientists could have continued to rake up tech points so you could see how high a score you could get. I wonder who this game was tested on before it went to market, because I can't imagine anyone being pleased with the ending, non/ending. It seems like a lot of effort went into making this game, the little folks are so endearing, it's just a shame to have such a disappointing ending. Even my 6 year old grandson said, "It's boring now," and went off to play other games. He was very disappointed that he did not get to explore other parts of the island, or see who was hiding in the cave. I've started 2 more villages, one on normal, and one on hard, so we'll see what happens with them. Sigh.
