Ok, I have searched this forum for the answer and can't find it so I'll have to ask - I have completed all puzzles, have max villagers and yet now I simply cannot achieve master scientists like I used to! They get to adept and all stop at exactly the same level on the detail bar (about half way)... I have tried forcing them to stay there for days on end, but that bar will not shift at all on ANY of them to achieve master status even though it will say "this villager improved at research" over and over again. It's really annoying!!! I even only breed adept scientists with adept scientists and that still doesn't work. Grrrr....
