I am having trouble with this one...I have at least one master in each category(except breeding)...idol has been done for awhile...no special person...what am I missing?

Have you Researched all of Fertility ? Because You Need to, Then you drag a nursing mum into the lagoon, then hey presto, you have a Golden Child.
