there are quite a few i know about:

1)the GC walks on water(kids can too).
2)the GC can "enjoy the garden"
3)i hear chimes(when music is off)when someone is doing something right.
4)the blue/red vials have diffrent effect each time.
5)the beautiful berries can be good or bad.
6)sometimes seeing eyes in the jungle can be good or bad
7)the GC can be a curse or a godsend,but can be controlled to a point.
