Ok, so I have Farming tech and set 3 people to harvesting crops. The time between harvests seems to be random.
My first rotation was 30 min, second was 15 min, now my third is 60 min. With such a long wait period I tried to set 2 of my food gatheres to foraging again. They forage once then go back to watering the crops!
2 Questions:
1) Does the amount of watering the season before determing how long it takes for the next harvest?
2) How can I keep people foraging and not revert back to watering crops? I would hate to have to micro manage the villagers.
