So, I have the school supposedly done - there's a bongo outside and it says it's done in the puzzles section - BUT 1)all the adults still think "the building could be converted" and 2)I can't get anyone to actually hit the bongo and make the kids go to school... Do I need the third level in construction or something? Should I just not worry about it?
