I need another one for breeding to get some money built up. anyone know of a breeding way of getting another one, I have tried to hatch new eggs, but still have not got another.

There are only a few combinations that will produce the greenfin spotanus, since a spotanus is one of the fish that can't be produced by breeding other kinds of fishies. I assume that you're in the early stages of the game, so your best possibility is to breed a twin-fin spotanus with a spined spotanus.
