All my villagers are weakenes and i can't heal them with my doc cause they are not sick, but their hp is almost empty.
Someone could help by sending some tips.

It all depends on why they are weakened. If they are weakened due to illness, and they have enough food (at least 400 in the bin), their health should improve over time. If they are weakened due to starvation, then as soon as you have over 400 in the bin, again they will get better. But if they are weakened due to age the only thing you can do is get the next level of medicine.

That two depends on the Medicine Tech Level. At level one they will typically live in the mid to late 50’s. Level 2 around the mid to late 60’s. Level 3 typically in the mid to late 70’s, but not uncommon to go into the 80’s and 90’s. The oldest I have ever had was 102. I’ve seen a few other peeps have a villager reach 102 as well, and one person reported 103.
