No, it's possible. Click on one of your little villagers, and press the f6 key. Just be careful though, when you get to the end of the selections you can't go back.

Yes you can. You need to be on the main screen(not the Detail screen) and click on a villager. After you have him/her selected and the white circle is around their feet, you can hit the F6 key. This will not work, however, if the villager you want to change is wearing the last outfit choice available. So, if you try it and it does not change, then your villager is stuck with that set of clothes. You may have to try a couple different villagers but it does work. Most of the time I leave my people the way they are unless I get too many wearing the same thing and can't tell them apart lol.
Hope that helps. Someone a while back actually went to the trouble of listing the outfits for men and ladies, even with pictures! That thread had detailed instructions on how it all works, but I don't know where to find it. Maybe someone more experienced with forums can help find the link and post it for you.

Thank you!!!!!
I will eventually figure out how you find a thread and post a link to it, I just need some more time to get used to using this forum. Dang that was FAST too!

Here's a little tutorial I wrote on using the forum Search function. You might find it helpful!

To perform a search, click on the Search link to load the search page. Select which forums you want to include in your search (use the Ctrl key to select multiple forums), and specify the keywords for your search. To make your search more effective, use the following tips:

Use +keyword for required keywords. (For example, specify +new +hut to see posts containing BOTH of those words somewhere in the post.)
Use -keyword to exclude posts with a keyword. (For example, specify -magic to eliminate all posts containing the word ‘magic’ from your results list.)
Use quotes around a phrase to search for a phrase. Use spaces around the word to match the exact word. Example " word " (For example, specify "new hut" to see posts containing the exact phrase ‘new hut’)
You may also specify a specific user’s posts to search for, as well as choose a date range for your search. If you want to see part of the post displayed in the results list, check the box labeled "Show a preview of post body with results."
