AFter you do all your advertising reasearch click on the sale sign in the window and it will say "You have found 4 magic Plants". What a hoot!!! I don't even have the plant game.

It says you have bought 4 of the 4 magic plants (the ones in the Supply Shop). It has nothing to do with Plant Tycoon.
