Hi there. I'm new to the game and up to puzzle four. I understand that you need a master scientist to convert the school. However, I've had my villager researching (researched is clicked in his 'profile') yet his stat remains unchanged.(it's at a little over half) Any suggestions?

Keep at it. They need to stay at the research table and you need to make sure they are staying put. It takes a bit of time.

hang in there... takes a little while to reach master status
