Part one: I'm down to the last puzzle, the treasure chest, but unfortionatly all of my master builders droped dead w/in an hour of my getting enough tech points to get enough levels to do the treasure chest. My other builders are all 'adept' but no masters. Do I just keep throwing them at the huts to 'fix' it. Will that turn them into masters?

Part two: My golden child is a real party animal. Enough to make even the greatest greek row lifers envious. The draw back... his constant partying is causing no one to get any work done! I now have TONS and TONS of food and points (nothing left to 'buy') but I really need to teach my builders. All the partying is stoping this. Is there anyway to deal with the Golden Child? Will he grow up? Cause hes getting a bit big for his britches.

Thanks.

I'm Amy btw.

Your builders will eventually become masters by fixing the huts, but it will take a while. The only thing you can do with the gc is try to distract him every once in a while by hitting the school drum and sending him to school for a bit. He will never grow up. Poor unbeloved child.

I wish he would grow up and be the Shamen or something, and stop partying so much. I know partying and resting relieves stress. But why so much. I can't do anything. He's a real pain in the.....neck.

If you're pretty much just watching your villagers, and just scrolling around to make sure they don't go astray, I recommend the unfortunate practice of dragging the GC around by the scruff of the neck. It really doesn't hurt the well-meaning tyke, and he really can't do anything while he's picked up.

Also, you can bust up the party by dragging people away from it and back to their proper jobs if it's necessary. I try not to do it all the time, but really, they don't have to stay for the party if they're better off somewhere else.

I hate to be a party-pooper as much as the next gal, but hey, you gotta do whatcha gotta do.

I just discovered my golden child. That was the last set of puzzles to be solved (didn't realize how to get the GC and was waiting for him to be born like in Village Sim for the past few days). Yes, the GC seems to party every 5 mins or so. Good thing that I am all done with building and research, so the villagers can do pretty much what they want.

One question about the butterflies -- the butterflies stop following the GC after puzzle 10 is completed?

I understand how Shokara feels now.

MY GC was the last bit of the puzzles, so he didn't interrupt anything with his partying. But today when I opened the game, a big wave had swept debris onto the beach. So I put those who had any building skills to clean the beach. The GC calls for a party every minute, I think. I was trying to set the builders to clean the beach and before I finished putting the builders to the beach, the GC called for a party. I think he does it every minute.

Wish he could tone down his partying.
