This is somewhat funny.When I clicked into my account,all of my villagers where just standing around not doing anything but when I came in they went back to working!

I've noticed that too. Lately in my "completed" village,when I log back in to see how things are going, there are invariably one to several corpses lying waiting to be buried. The villagers then all line up and go "burying the dead". If you watch it on Map view it kinda looks like the whole village is paying their respects.
The last time I logged in there were 2 groups, the young'uns quickly moving to the task and then there was this very sloooww moving group of all the elders together. It was funny to think they all hang out on the beach telling stories,etc until I appear on the scene and then, grumbling, move to do their duty.

Mine have been doing that, especially the tribe on "hard" that won't even bother to make any kids!

haha, that reminds me of the time when my game glitched out. i had my village at the max population, and when i log on, i have only one villager! imagine my dismay! then, out of nowhere, the villagers start coming out from behind that villager, making a VV conga line of sorts. if i weren't so completely flabbergasted, i would have remembered to get a screenshot!

Well my "hard" Village bit the dust overnight It was a shock to open it up and see 0 on pop and 0 on food and skeletons everywhere.
