I am new to the game and was wondering if there is any special order to which you should spend ur tech points on.

u MUST start on farmin,cuz the berries aint help u long enough,then u can choose but i would do reasearch/build cuz spirit will help a litle later and fertility gives u more babies,and thats not good in the beginning. hope i helped

Farming first - most definately!!!!!
Up to Level 3 as soon as you can.
Else your village will starve.

After that Level 2 of everything else, I usually go for construction next then the rest as I feel the need for them.

Getting to Level 3 on the rest takes some time since the tech point levels are pretty high. But you will need Level 3 in everything to complete all your puzzles for the game.

Everyone has their own strategies tho, but most of us do agree on the farming. A happy villager is one that isnt hungry.

Always start with Farming 2. Go for Science 2 and Farming 3 next, perhaps put Construction 2 in there if you like. You can't have a very large population without Farming 3. You'll struggle with 15 people.
