How come no matter how much my people catch fish and harvest and pick berries they aren't becoming a master farmer, i really need them too so that I can complete a puzzle. But so far it looks to me that it's not going to be happening anytime soon! My food is way over 1,000 and none of them will become masters!

Try upgrading your farming and also make sure that you have farming checked as their preference.

Well the girl that is almost a master just won't move a little more over to become a master. She has been working her butt off. I think there is something wrong with this girl! Please someone help?

It takes some time to get a master. Just keep working her butt off! As the meeter goes up, it increases at a slower rate. She'll get there....in time.
