Oops! When I wrote the guide, I made an assumption that a certain technology would already be attained by the time you got to the ruins, since it is required for an earlier puzzle. I've updated the guide to include that requirement (in fact, I probably ought to review the whole thing again)!

There is only one puzzle that requires a master builder, and this one isn't it!
