Do you have a Master Builder? You will need at least ONE master builder to get the rest started. ....I think. I can't think of anything else you need, so it must be the Master builder.

If you don't have a Master Builder, just keep plunking them down to fix the huts until you get one.

Someone who has built it more than three times, or has a better memory than me (heh) will correct me if I'm wrong.
