Ok I first off have 91 people in my village so I have to wait till somebody dies to try again.I have all of the tech stuff and like 30,000 food. I have dunked every nursing mother I could find plus a few males I wasnt sure of. I dragged some of my people in so many times that they dont even try to do laundry anymore, I am waiting for one of them to say "No laundry today that big finger will dunk me soon and I can just wear what I got on" I have dunked the MASTER PARENT so many times that when he sees the hand coming the little braggard gets exited. But yet no GOLDEN CHILD. Also if I may the statistics causes my game to freeze up when I try to it.

Are you kidding There is so much fertility in my village they dont even go indoors anymore. I get babies in the carrot patch babies on the research table I even got a couple of them in the graveyard. How sick is that. Also now with this post I got more questions how did they name go from my original post to spoilers and turn pink.

Yes all research has been completed. I even used the detailed spoilers to make sure I wasnt missing anything. But dunk as I might I can not get a Golden Child to finish the game. Also how do I pause the game so it doesnt keep playing.

Thank you I now know how to pause the game. The game with no Golden Child. The Game I can not finish because I have no Golden Child. e4Since everything has been researched I have made 80 people farmers and 9 people builders and one master parent and one healer. Cant wait till somebody dies so I can try dunking people again. Is there a way to kill off somebody for the good of the island? You know like on the New Gilligans Island when they get rid of Mr Howell cause he dont do much anyway. So since I can not dunk anyone or breed anybody or heal anybody cuz everything is running smooth and nobody wants to die I will just keep posting here and reading the posts.

Just a question...where are you dunking the nursing moms? In the ocean or the lagoon? The ocean will not work, you have to put her in the lagoon. You said you have all the tech but you have to 'use' the tech to carve the idol and build the temple before you can get the GC.

You have a Master Parent....that's part your problem. As soon as baby is born they breed right away. Change his/hers pref to something else and retrain them.

Ok so that there is no question as to where I am at. I have all the tech. I have the idol I have the temple I have as I said used the detailed spoiler from this forum to check and make sure I was doing everything right. As for the master parent or any other villager status. Nothing I have read in these forums has hinted that the Golden Child was due to a status of a villager. I am starting to get frustated with this game nobody wants to die.And I was reading earlier in another thread about some folks having these guys living to 100+. Oh well thank you all for your help I guess I will just have to let the thing go till someone croaks and see what happens. hahahahaha

the status of the villager is not important to get the GC - but if you have a Master Parent - they will start breeding when you arent looking as soon as someone dies and if you arent careful that child will be weaned before you have a chance to dunk the nursing mother.....then you will be right back where you started... so best bet would be change that Villagers preference and teach them something else, so you will be present when your next baby is born and before its weaned......

How You Get More Than 90 People Because I've Got 90 People And It Wont Let Me Breed Anymore?

You don't really get more than 90 people - it is possible to get 92 if you have 89 and someone gets pregnant with Triplets tho. but if you have 90 - they will not birth anymore babies til someone dies. So all you can do is sit and wait.

Ok my 90+ year old master farmer Lulu finally croaked. She took a couple other folks with her when she went. So now I have a couple new babies and guess what! I finally got the kid who walks on water. You cant sink that little bugger no matter what you try hahaha. But I finally finished the game. Thanks for all the suggestions.
