How old was your the eldest villager? I just checked tombstone of my favorite villager, and she was 98!

Mine was 99, others have gotten to 102

My oldest has only been 80. I have 3 villages, one that has completed all puzzles and gained all research. This villages graveyard is full and I can no longer see their age at death, but I check on them pretty often. The 2nd has everything, but level 3 fertility and the GC. The 3rd is set at hard and striving to get level 3 medicine before all the original settlers die. How do you increase the chances of a villager living to 100?
