Anybody else notice that even after you master the herbs the doctor is still totaly entranced by that crazy cactus?
Personally I believe it contains peoti and he's gettin' high! But somehow I doubt that.

i heard that something happens with the catus but im not sure what or if it is true, im all done i have all the puzzles done all the technology and 90 people and the cg and nothing.

I think it's one of the leftover curiosities from the beginning of the game (like how my villagers STILL think the "building can be converted"), to get people started on medicine study? Or it's a red herring...

I think it's like the builders (who repair huts when they have nothing else to build) -- doctors can gain a little skill by studying the cactus, and if there's no one sick, they have nothing else to do
