I looked but couldn't find. On the villager detail screen, what exactly does the red bar at the top right mean?

The red bar at the top right - where it says Healthy/Elderly/Weakened/Sick is their Health Meter.

Oh okay. Thank you. I thought maybe it meant they were hungry or something like that.
Oh, one more question, about how long in real time is one year for the villagers?

In 2x speed one hour equals one year.

i have been playing VV for 280 hrs. Have maxed out on everything, and solved 11 puzzles. Now i seem to be stuck and nothing new happening and cant solve anymore puzzles. i have a population of 90. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE xx
