I have a horror for you as well: Two of my Elderly villagers bred--she 67, he 69--which appalled me when it occurred (I put them together accidentally). Father died at age 70 (my village's first death), but miraculously, the mother nursed her child for more than a "year," but she died before the child was weaned and named. Mama's bones appeared, but no bones for the child. Mama got a headstone; child didn't, but the population of village dropped by two persons. The entire experience was upsetting and just plain WRONG!

same thing happened to me

i think when a nursing mom dies so does the baby because the baby has no mom to nurse it. there needs to be a way another mom can nurse the baby but there isn't . but you can always get another woman prego & try for twins. i've had many elderly moms die nursing babies,it's sad but a way of life,even nowdays.

lol i have a real scary 1 w8 2 scary 1s 1st i look at my game and have no nursing moms and then the next i have 74 more children!!!!! It happened in a minute. the next a mysterious crate came and i open it and bam!!all 74 of my children r dead!!!!!!
