Me and my mother have owned this game for 2 weeks now,we are both on our 3rd games,we have had some odd characters, like the big headed afroed one that is the laziest so and so in all the games, but we are here to talk about the redhead, you all know the carrot top that is without a doubt the best breeder in the entire village, well he was on the verge of dying,so we started breeding one of his sons,he is the strangest breeder ever,we had a 90 max,so he spends all his time embracing, but its not how much, its with who,he avoids all the young girls and instead chases the old gals around,we watched him run across the village and jump in the ocean and drag a 76 year old woman out,he just kept having her go indoors over and over again, then he let her go,fixed on the embracing shack and dragged her back from the lagoon, then he got her with child,so he ran off and found a 74 year old,we cant get him to breed with anyone under 70,anyone else got one like him?

Oh yes I know him well. He's unstoppable and in the game I'm playing he does not seem bothered by age. The funniest thing is that he's called Tutu! Not a name you'd normally associate with a serial breeder. Does anyone elses strut around the village?

If you have been breeding a male he will be unstoppable in the future, your best bet is to only drop women on the men. That way you can control the populations in your villages. When you drop the men on the women they increase their learning in breeding and the more you do that....they will impregnate every woman in your village.
At least dropping the women on the men and making them the initiaters, once they get pregnant they will leave the men alone til they are done weaning. The men well they wont stop if there is a non pregnant female of breeding age anywhere in the tribe.

Whether its a male or female that has the high "parenting" or breeder status they will almost always go for the oldest person of the opposite sex in the village before any other.

Thanks for the reply. I discovered that from reading the many useful posts on here. So I checked him and I'd not ticked him for breeder so he's just a nympho I think! It did put pay to tracking who had a child with who. Anyway he's getting on a bit now and seems to spend most of time wandering between the burial ground or relaxing, I'm taking that as a bad sign though.

doesnt matter if they are ticked for breeding or not - as long as they have any learning in any category they will do that activity whenever they want to . Just if you have someone who is a master in one field and ticked a different field - they are more stubborn abt performing the other duty. I've had Trainee Parents who were Master Farmers refuse to farm and just want to breed, even tho farming was ticked...
