Hope some one can help. I haven't messed with the system time since I started this village. But I did on my other village. For some reason on my new game it is taking a ridiculous amount of time to grow a new crop. The last crop was like 90+ minutes I don't know how long ago they started though. Like I said hope somebody can help. Oh yeah the game is set on medium and 2x speed. Oh and this village is almost brand new.

There's a crop cycle (can't remember how long), so if you pick crops real quickly, then it's going to be longer before you see the new ones; if you pick too slowly, then some will "spoil in the ground" when the new crop comes in and overlaps the old crops.

Like Bajantara said, it all depends on how fast you pick the crops - is why the longer you been playing seems to take longer and longer for crops to come up because you have more farmers than you did at the beginning of your Village. If you are putting everyone in the village to gather crops when they come up, it wont make the next crop come up any faster. Just like in real life - Crops are "seasonal" and have a specified "time" or "cycle" when they will be ready for harvest.

Oh I see that makes sense. I was trying to get science level three but it was taking to long for crops so I had to up grade the farming so i would have people left.
