Stuck, what do i do next?

I'm not after cheats or anything and have viewed the guide but can't for the life of me figure out what im sposed to do next.
(in no particular order)I've cleared the beach, trained a healer, built a hut, cleared the well.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

You have to "purchase" those levels by using tech points your villages accumulate at the research table. Click on the Tech button on the main screen then buy what ever skill you want. I would get level 2 farming first.

i got messing around one night & this is what i found out:
Food & their value:
Berries =2 food points
Veggies =7 food points
Mushrooms 8 food points
Fish =9 food points
Crabs =55 food points
Food & their value i have checked & double checked to make sure that this is the value of each food before i posted it ,so yes that is the true value of each food available on ISOLA VV.
you can't depend on the berries always being the same amount all the time, it changes due to too many factors(weather,amount on bush....etc.)on each level you pick a diffrent amount & the amount picked goes down over time. sorry for my misstake on the berries. 
as far as i can tell the red mushrooms are 45 food points,but don't quote me on that unless i'm right,still trying to make sure.
