I have been playing this now for 190hrs and I love the game. But with in the past 190 hrs. I have only had 9 island events. I don't understand why I haven't had more. It's kind of boring with out them. Is there any way I can get more to come a little quicker??

well I have a maxed out population and need the golden child so I need some bad stuff to happen so that I can move on with the game.

Set your pc's clock ahead 8 or 9 hrs until your villagers die. Just be carefull if you have any other program lic. due to expire it could cause that!
