Hiya everyone ^^ I've been reading these forums for about a day or so and I got the game like, two days ago. ( I think I'm 55 hours in or something. ) Anywho, I'm so distraught! I have 22 people on my island right now. Four children, the rest adults and .......... four of them are girls/women. Yes, four girls/women out of 22 people! Argh!

Basically my question is this ( my poor elderly Osowa is getting sick of having kids ), is it generally just random what the sex of the baby will be? I only have two adult women and 2 young girls, the eldest is 58, and nursing! I've tried breeding her ( like she's a cow, lol! ) with darn near every male on that island, and I keep getting boys!

Do I just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best? This male/femal e ratio is getting out of hand! Thanks for the info!
