Sorry if this has already been answered, but what are the "levels" on this game?
I just downloaded a free trial a couple days ago and I was curious.
Also, where would you recommend buying the game? Do you actually get a CD when you buy it? If you don't what happens if your computer crashes, do you have to buy it all over again?

The levels people refer to are in the tech section. When you first start you are on level one for all six techs, farming, medicine, fertility, construction, science, spirituality. As you research your tech points will go up and you can buy higher levels. You can buy this game from quite a few of the well known game sites, I got mine from Big Fish. I didn't get the CD as well, cos it was a fiver more but you can get one. I've not experienced any crashes with this game but when I got a confirmation of purchase I got an Activation Code which you can use to download the game again if you need to. Big Fish are pretty good though and I've had a few games off them and they've always sorted any problems through customer services.
