i'm not sure if this goes in this forum or the guide forum, but i'm curious to know if anyone has a breakdown for the points needed for each level of each skill (specifically, levels 2 and 3).

after 3+ startovers, i'm trying to carefully plot and plan my growth this time, and it'd be nice to know how many points i need to hoard for each skill level.

If you hover your mouse over the skill on the tech screen the amount of points needed is shown.

it tells you the amount needed for the next level, but not for the level after that ...
