I took my master builder to the correct place to do what he needs to do. ( I do have level 3 everything) He saw something unusual the 1st time, but then the GC called a party and he left. Now every time I bring him to the same place, he just wants to go repair a house. Any ideas?

Keep trying. Sometimes it can take dozens of tries before you achieve success.
