I've just started out and have 15 peeps now, building the second hut. I just can't seem to heal others by dragging my adept doctor onto them, their health is very low and it's important they are healed, but it won't, instead they all keep running from doc. What do I do wrong?

Oh and the mushrooms won't be picked by my kiddo's, and yes I've tried overwriting with the trial version again but it seems not to be working.

Healing only cures sick villagers (changing "sick" to "healthy" on the detail screen).

If you have "healthy" villagers with a low health bar, they will gain it back over time. You can also force them to eat (drop them on the food bin), and that will slowly raise their health, too (you'll get the message "your villager feels better after eating").

Just be warned that this isn't like picking up power-ups in a video game and instantly gaining lots of health, though -- you probably won't notice an increase in their health for a while.

Thanks, they aren't showing that they are sick, they just seem to be hungry I guess, I've let them eat and now I hope they will stay alive. LOL

About how much food do you normally have in the bin, Camaron? Under about 400, especially for 15 people, and they're likely to be just plain hungry

I've got more then enough food, well in the 2000 but my peeps won't leave work to eat something, these pesky workaholics.
Anyhow, I've dragged them all over the bin and they seem healthy again. Now they go eat on their own when needed, maybe they didn't know where to eat anymore because the bin was empty at some point.

Hi, I find with the mushrooms that half the time the kids won't pick them is when the mushrooms are about to disappear so it's kinda 50/50. Maybe just a timing thing?

Yes I thought of that too. So now I'm using a hint I read somewhere else on this forum about the mushrooms. It works like crazy. It's about getting more kids on the one mushroom.
