I was at work when i reached max villagers, if one dies will i have a chance to get the gc or am i done????

No -- you would have to starve the entire village...if one of your villagers gets sick, you might be able to keep doctors away from them. But that seems kinda cruel to me .

There are a couple of random events where you can lose a villager, but there are also a few where you gain villagers, so chances are not good there, either.

Just be patient -- someone will die of old age sooner or later. I lose 3-4 elderly villagers a day typically in all three games I've finished, so I don't think it would take that long to happen.

Well if it sees a face in the trees in the little pop up press "Get a closer look" and you will never see him again

i used the clock thing to go forward and killed more than 1/2 my villagers got my gc let him solve everything and am leaving the game on with everyone as a breeder or buider just to see what happens

i saw a screenshot of virtual villagers at another site and there population was oh most 400 (checked twice) how did they do that

same here i have 90 villagers and wont let me have anymore ....Whats up with.Iseen villagers with 400 and 500 people. HELP ME PLEASE::::::::

i have no idea how this happened for me, i got to 90 villagers and a message came up telling me i had reached my limit and i couldnt have any more. i left it to run for a bit and when i came back i had 92, somewhat confusing. i think its just luck.

Luck, why yes! You can get above 90 by having twins or triplets.

I've had great luck with the game so far. About 25 kids got measles, and I didn't lose a one... Have the treasure, population is at 90, and every tech at level 3... no golden child. Please don't tell me that now I have level 3 in medicine nobody will die...

No, they will still die of old age (my games usually lose a few villagers every day). Just be patient -- if you aren't checking the game very often, you might uncheck all your breeders so you can do your own breeding when you are playing and not miss out on the babies.

I noticed that they just started living longer... did eventually get the gc (little brat). I had a pretty smooth game... no whales, no bad dreams, not even a monkey. I still have over 800,000 in food, but now that there is a treasure they have to be forced to get tech points, which means some of the Villagers have become very lazy! How do you "uncheck" the breeders?

I haven't gotten anywhere near 90 people. I am mostly level 2 on everything. Does the village expand in area at all when you get to that many people? Is there a trail to another part? Seems crowded. If it'll ruin a fascinating event don't tell me, mostly just curious.

I'm just envisioning high-rise huts! That's just no way you could build single huts for all those villages! lol

I now know how you feel I forgot and I let mine breed so now I'm at 90 and no GC. Waiting on my elder to die so I can get one.
