once you hit 30 you'll need another hut, then they breed until the pop hits about 90 - or so I'm told from this forum!

Thanks! To build another hut, do you have to have level 3 of construction?

Heck no! Apparently if you have a Master Builder, he/she will start construction without prompting. I've been training all my adept scientists & farmers to help with the building - trial and error my dear! There are lots of posts elsewhere in this forum about how to improve specific skills - I even posted one about how to build a new hut but I forget who I was responding to! (between menopause and ADD my memory is not what it used to be...lol).

Any builder can start construction on a new hut - master builders are not required to increase housing.
