what a person masters the researching .. can they still get u points .. or is it useless them being there

Not only do they get you points, they research at a much more rewarding rate because they ARE masters.

doesn't matter... I used to drag them off to do something else in VS until I figured it out... and all the time I was losing precious research points by shifting non-masters to research. Look at Master farmers as an equivalent example, it's the Master Farmers who can bring in the most food fishing

Thanks very much for the hint! Now, am I correct in my belief that if I take an "untrained" kid and start them on a task (farming, building, researching) that's what they will become? I'm really short of builders (and girls!)
