I was just wondering, whilst browsing this forum I read a lot of stuff about speeding up the game one way or another. Now, everyone should play this game the way he or she likes it to play but are there any people out there who, just like me, let the game continuesly run on speed 1 and see what happens? Sometimes, this can get a little boring but it's great when you don't have a lot of time on your hands. I look maybe two or three times a day, just for a brief 5 minutes... It's fun to see that the islanders do become more intelligent over time and even at some point you can totaly let them go... the are quite capable of managing on their own.

i always leave mine on 1/2 speed, unless i want to speed up the crops or nursing time, which is rare.
