well ive finally managed to get to where im restoring the ruins and all my builders want to do is either the laundry or dance and relax, im sick of them slacking off and not doing there work, how can i get them to keep working?

Be sure they have building checked in the box on skills, then some pople just don;t want to work, you constantly have to return them to tasks. Be sure they don;t dislike rough wood or rocks. Or work for that matter

i have one hates: lifting and rough wood and still builds

I am always checking on my villagers, to make sure they're continuously building. I'm kind but firm, Lol. Just keep an eye on them.
